SO WHAT’S SOKNO PRIDE?
SoKno Pride began in 2021 on Sevier Avenue as a simple drag show brunch. From there it quickly expanded into our South Knoxville neighborhood coming together to support our LGBTQIA+ community. We host an annual festival in June along Sevier Avenue as well as several events throughout the year, and we use a portion of our proceeds from these events to benefit local and regional charities centered around improving the lives of LGBTQIA+ folks in Tennessee.

PlanetXchange operates a “clothing by the pound” store called “Greater Goods” which sells donated items and outdated items from PlanetXchange. All proceeds are shared with the Cancer Support Community of East Tennessee, and inventory contributes to supplying the unhoused with needed clothing.
